Is forbidden give incorrect information or information which is unreliable. The property will be registered in the city/town where is located. Is not permitted to register the property in, for example, a prominent nearby town.
• Each owner has username and password for access to his reserved area. In this area the owner has the possibility to update, cancel or modify information submitted during the registration and activate/deactivate the services provided by the Website. It is owner responsibility to control use of the username and password. The owner can inform EuropeandRelax.com of unauthorized use of his username and password.
• EuropeandRelax.com is not responsible for errors in the data received from the properties or for information not updated.
• EuropeandRelax.com has the right to remove for any reason and without notice any property listed on its site; for instance, properties without a correct web site address.

The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) the update, the amendment or, if there is an interest for, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of the processed data in violation of the law, including data for which storage is not requested for the purposes it was collected and then processed; c) the attestation that the operations ref. points a) and b) were brought to notice, also for their content, to those who data was transmitted to or divulged, except when this performance is impossible or entails using means evidently unproportionated to the defended right. 4.
